Cave Hollow Park

I am too big for the playground. Thin sidewalk. I cannot enjoy the playground :(

Cave Hollow Park at the end of Gay Street boasts two full baseball fields, a size divided dog park, multiple nature trails, field space, a rentable gazebo, and a NEW playground! The playground is fantastic for young kids and their parents. It also includes disabled access to the swings and Zipline. If you haven't been, go check it out!

Took my grandson to the playgground. It was the best. Super cool swings for toddlers/parents, special needs inclusive equipment.

This is a brand new all-inclusive park so children with disabilities can play just like other children their age. Equipment is larger and has ramps to accommodate wheelchairs and features a slide with rollers that prevent children from climbing up backwards. The floors are made of a squishy material to cushion falls. There is a paved trail that has beautiful caves which, I think, were part of a limestone quarry for the Johnson County Courthouse and some of the buildings on the UCM campus.
