I have never had a Dr personally call me..we were doing something for my preop..after my procedure..I had to call his nursing staff and office staff..they never treated me as if i was bothering them..and the nurses called me back really fast..and Dr Hildebrand saw me two extra times so we cud figure out my issues. He is very attentive and caring. He helped me be at ease and I appreciate everything the whole office did for me
