I am an avid tennis player but was looking for more variety in my workouts. SoVital has so many different classes to choose from and all are helping me with my tennis game. That’s a good thing!
I have been a member at SoVital since September 2018. I could not be happier with this studio! The vibe is relaxed, friendly and fun. In the past, I always belonged to a traditional gym, but once I found SoVital, I was hooked and never looked back. The instructors are supportive and joyful, always making class fun. With so many options throughout the week, you can target what you need.. whether it's cardio, yoga, Pilates or a meditation class. Whatever combination you need to feel good and SoVital! Something is always available. Thank you SoVital!
I am so happy that I decided to give SoVital a try in February 2018. The studio is beautiful. The staff and instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many different class options that you truly can get a different type of workout everyday. And, all the classes all have great energy - you will leave every class so glad you got yourself there.
Give a class a try and you will be hooked too!
Can't say enough good things about how excellent SoVital has been for my physical and mental health! I love the wide variety of the classes that are offered. I do both low and high intensity classes and my 17 year old daughter loves coming to the classes with me. At 49 years old, I have lost weight, toned up, and learned how to relax my mind as well. I have joined multiple gyms in the past but this is certainly the best one ever because of the friendly and motivating staff, the variety of classes, the ease of signing up for classes and the wide age range of members!
Walking into So Vital in January of 2018 was such a great decision. I've been a member of various gyms/studios for the past several years but have never been more satisfied than I am with So Vital.
Although this studio is about fitness, it's not just physical fitness but health in body, mind, and spirit. There is something here for everyone...barre, hot Pilates, yoga, and meditation to name just a few. The schedule caters to all different schedules and the app is convenient and easy to use.
The classes are as challenging as one would want with ways to intensify for those who need it and instructors offer modifications when needed depending on health issues.
