Great Gym with amazing staff that really help and encourage you! The classes are a great work out and never boring and anyone can do them.

FTC offers so much more then other fitness centers, you are truely treated like a person, the staff is attentive, friendly and best of all motivating. A great friendly atmosphere where members are all ages, shapes, and abilities. Other members are supportive , friendly and approachable. Different fun events are always planned to make workouts fun, group events outside the gym to bring members together with no pressure at any time. Knowledgeable staff in fitness and nutrition are available. And the self defense aspect is amazing teaching real world techniques to defend yourself in real life situations, easy to learn and proven to work.

If you are searching for a safe and effective workout, look no further. This fitness center is not your typical gym atmosphere. When you join FTC Fitness, you are joining a fitness community of people who will care about you and your goals.

Great place for anyone to get fit, highly capable, high degree instructors to motivate, inspire and teach with passion and professionalism! Amazing group of people to support, train and lift you up... If you are thinking to improve your health, physique, self-confidence and ability to be empowered this is where you need to be.
