Viviana was my sales rep at their 45th & Camelback location. She was patient, kind & most importantly, knowledgeable. She answered all my questions honestly & these days that doesn't always happen. I had been to 4 different mattress stores before coming here. I would highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding to anyone looking to buy a mattress & I wouldn't let anyone else except Viviana sell me a mattress.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the store manager that did an excellent job showing us the different styles and varieties of mattresses the Brooklyn Bedding had to offer.
She was very professional and knowledgeable about their products.
We would recommend Brooklyn Bedding to anyone who was in the market for a new mattress and box spring.

Viviana was amazingggggggggg. She is friendly, funny, and not pushy. I came back a second day after looking at other places and she worked really well with me! And made sure I liked it and let me take the time deciding on what I wanted. I am so grateful for her and Brooklyn bedding!

Viviana is officially my girl and I will be coming back when I need another bed. I plan on recommending her to my friends and family.

We had a great experience picking out our mattress at Brooklyn Bedding. Viviana was so great, friendly and honest. When we had our mattress and other items delivered to her house. We had all our items except for our cooling mattress cover. We were told by the delivery men it was “out of stock” and we would need to contact the store manager, Viviana. So I called and found out it was in stock but it was not put on the truck. Within an hour we had our cooling mattress cover delivered to our house. We had a great experience with BB and would recommend them to anyone.
