Amtex Auto Insurance

I have been with Amtex Insurance for almost 3 yrs now. I started my policy with Ashley Garcia. She helped me a great deal and compared the different costs and options available for me. She took the time to explain them to me. She was a great help and that is the reason I am still with Amtex. She is a great asset to your company and I know she is available to answer any questions, because I have called her before. Ashley garcia who works at the San Pedro location is the one person who always goes out of her way to help me with any questions I have about my insurance, my mother in law and I love her! Would definitely recommend! She has amazing customer service!

The service was amazing!! the gentleman who I believe his name was Eddie seemed to be alone yet was very patient understanding and knowledgeable I appreciated his customer service and will def recommend this location as I’ve been to other locations in the past and they did not take the time to help with other agents at sitting around Great job at this location

Whether over the phone or in person ask for Eddie. He works diligently and quickly. Never hesiates on questions. Has your best interest in mind. He takes the time to hear what you're needing and explains each part of the process to you. I'm terrible with insurance knowledge and Eddie sorted things out for me. He was actually focused on helping me and not just getting a sell. Very respectable. He's the go to for inquiries. Thank you Eddie.
