  Wow! Where do I even start?! I've been training with Jey for a very long time. I've also trained with many different trainers and he is VERY unique. He creates very unique exercises that are fun and not typical. What I enjoy most about Jey's training sessions is his attitude. He takes his work seriously and really pushes you to get the body that you want. There is always a goal and each time you train, you get closer to the goal you placed for yourself - whether its a bigger booty, weight loss, etc. HE MAKES IT HAPPEN.

  I lived in Orange County but I still drive down to San Diego to train with Jey at JeyFit! He changes up work outs to keep it interesting. His agility exercises really have helped my basketball game. He customizes your workout to fit your needs.

  I trained with JeyFit on and off for a few years, best trainer I know. I moved from San Diego to Arizona so that’s why I stopped seeing him. I still use his online programs & they help me out so much. He’s a very good trainer; that pays attention to your needs. Makes a program for you based on what he feels you will need to make the progress that you want. I use to train with him 2 times a week. He was always so flexible with my schedule because of my 2 kids. His rate is very fair for the training that you get. If you are looking for a great trainer, I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed.
