  Kara and Reza are extremely hard-working, professional and knowledgeable. They helped my mom buy a house this winter, and they made the whole experience very easy for her. They were able to find her the perfect house for her and were great at negotiating with the sellers to get the price you what my mom could afford even though it was a sellers market. They also worked really well with the sellers agent, and everything went very smoothly. She was able to close in less than 30 days thanks to the Moreland Team.

  Kara is a very knowledgeable realtor. She knows her field in and out. She spends a lot of time with her clients and truly wants you to get the best possible deal.
