They have lots of different classes depending on what you like, from yoga all the way to team training.
The personal trainer Cody is pretty friendly and motivate you to keep it going and try your best. -

(March 25, 2019, 9:18 pm)I love this Gold’s gym! It’s not too big like some other box gyms. The gym is very clean and all the employees have been very helpful. The studio classes are amazing. My favorite is the BURN class! The instructors are great and really work to push you through the work out. It’s a good mix of cardio and weight lifting. Overall, I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area.
