China II nearby Harris Teeter is a great little eat in/ take out restaurant. They are friendly and gave us quick service. Had the chicken and steamed veggies in a clear broth (gluten free) and it was very tasty! Ordered large to have leftovers!
Remember soy sauce contains flour unless it's a specialty sauce.
