  A bad customer service experience with the gentleman in the store has being rectified thank you Mr Andrew Martino (I hope I spelled it right) for reaching out to me from my previous review. It was a honor to get my experience turned around you reached out in a timely manner and handled the mistakes in away all superiors should. The customer service alone that has been extended from Mr Martino has made me a satisfied customer. Cooperate world awaits you Mr Martino you definitely have the skills!

  Brittany at the Gastonia location was a pleasure! Very friendly and personable. We enjoyed talking and laughing with her as we filled out the paperwork. She made sure we completely understood how to get in and out before she left us on our own. Facility is very clean and secure and the A/C is wonderful!! I was planning on only renting through the summer to house my daughters dorm room but think I’ll keep it long term for extra storage, that’s how impressed I was!

  Think you're getting a good deal? Don't be fooled. My price increased by more than 10% after only six months in rental unit, so you may want to factor that into your budget if you decide to go with this Cubesmart. Disappointed to say the least. (Note: I changed my star rating after speaking with staff there who responded to my frustration in a very professional manner.)
