Good place to rent a day, a week , month or to buy properties .Very helpful . There open 7 days a week usually 8am -6 pm Monday thru Saturday an Sunday 9am thru 5pm . Very nice units .

Dear Ocean Properties,
We are in our second day at our new condo rental in Sea Woods for the month of March. We have been renting from Ocean Properties since 2005 and have always found you guys a great group of people to do business with from the Carol Swan (the rental agent), to the the office staff, the cleaners, the maintenance folks, etc.
This year we are in a new unit in Sea Woods and we were greeted buy the office staff who told us our unit was cleaned but hadn't been inspected !!!!! We were given our keys and off we went. Our unit was better than expected and shortly after we got there Paula, Ocean Properties inspector appeared to make sure all was well. She checked everything, lights, sliding glass doors, and even out internet connection. What a treat to know that you folks take the time to check all this out.
Over the years we have had to change units a few times due to properties being sold and you have ALWAYS found us comparable (usually better) places to stay. We have have had a few minor problems over the years with malfunctioning equipment and have ALWAYS had it taken care of in a quick and friendly manor.
We have and always will recommend Ocean Properties as THE place to go for vacation rentals as well as property sales. Every staff member we have encountered have gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and have done so in a friendly, caring manor.
Keep up the GREAT work and we hope to do business with you for many more years (we have already signed up for next year).
