Empire lmported Parts & Service is a professionally well run shop. I appreciated the way Kyle (a service rep) was able to be quite up front with the estimate for the repairs of my car. I am quite satisfied with their services and will continue to service my cars (MB 500 E class and my 230 C compressor there for their service. Kudos E.I.P..... Kudos Kyle... Job well done.

Spectacular service and the definition of "hometown friendliness". I've been having cars repaired here for years and they are the best around! I really like their new digital system for estimates and repair statuses.

Always great customer service and the technicians are well qualified in all the details of my Land Rover. They send EMAILS with Details as the repairs are being done I find this very helpful. Over all I return back again and again and I am very pleased every time!
