Last night I had my 2016 Ford broken into. This morning I called Elite Glass and scheduled an appointment for after lunch. It only took an hour and I’m very happy with the job they did. Looks new again. They vacuumed all the broken glass from the door and the floor. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The office ladies and gentlemen who assisted me are A+.

Ronnie came to Pearland and did my windshield. Request him if at all possible. The dealership paid for the windshield, but he took such great care to get it put in correctly. He even updated me on his progress about 15 minutes in. At that point I wanted to stay out there and watch and learn. He explained what correctly should be done and what the repair guys did on the windshield before. Really happy with his professionalism! He was great to chat with, and he even took time to explain the windshield wipers adjustment, the cowl, how to prevent the windshield from cracking instead of just handing me the sheet, and he cleaned up the mess from tearing the windshield out.
