It was hard to find parking for this trailhead when I came here. Also, it was super busy on the trail as well. There were lines of people walking uphill and downhill, so it wasn't as tranquil of a hike as I wanted.
It is a good workout though. You can keep walking up toward the radio toward and I guarantee you, you will start breathing hard and get your heart rate up.

Great place also has horse back riding, and a center for kids. The restrooms are nice and clean.

Nice way to warm up on a cloudy winter day! It’s about a 40 min trip to Dobbins lookout from this point and a lot of amazing views of Phoenix town from above. You can also take the whole round trip through Telegraph pass rd and Kiwanis trail to get back not the same road and spent another 3 hrs watching this beautiful home of saguaros.

Great trail! Just go prepared, pay attention, read the bulletin and listen to what they list! Most I importantly letting someone know your theres and having a device for emergency. Water water water, even if it's not Hot out. Enjoy!

Amazing trail. Hard, but doable. I'd actually break this up into 2 trails. The first is an easy family hike, once you get to the road you could turn around and go back and call it a day. (Perfect for moonlight hikes) If you decide to keep going, that's where the challenge begins. ???????? It's a great climb with intense switchbacks before the summit. And the view of Dobbins look out is amazing. One of the best views of Phoenix. Just make sure you pay attention towards the top, easy to miss the turn to the summit.
