Joseph Tulagan MD FAAP

Dr. Tulagan is hands down one of the best pediatricians in San Diego! He is kind and truly cares about his patients. I have a 6yo autistic daughter that he has built a real relationship with. It took him a year of patiently waiting and calming her down but he won her over. She used to be afraid of doctors as most dont want or know how to deal with special needs kids. On our most recent visit she now welcomes him and his staff to weigh and measure her and even allow him to conduct a routine exam she is even high fiving and laughing!!! That is HUGE! Not only is he amazing with all kids he listens and relates to parents and their needs and wants. We love and respect Dr. Tulagan for everything he does!

My only recommended pediatrician is Dr. Tulagan. I have met other pediatricians for my 2yo son but he is the most concerned and most helpful Doctor by far. He always listens and answers all my questions patiently. Even if we are out of town and is in an emergency situation, we can easily consult with him stress free. Also, his clinic staffs are both very patient and helpful. We have been with Dr Tulagan for almost 3 years now.

He is the best! My kids loves him.

We first met Dr. Tulagan when he was at the sharp pediatrics after hours... he was awesome, properly diagnosed our toddler the first time and there were times when we would go to after hours on purpose instead of our main pediatrician because he always knew what was wrong and prescribed the correct medication the first time... so as soon as we heard he had his own office, the decision to make him our primary pediatrician was a no brainer!

I recommend him to all my mom friends, hes absolutely amazing, someone who clearly loves his job.
