It’s a little corner of sunshine hidden away in a charming corner of east Dallas. The essence of the place is welcoming and comfortable. Wonderful people throughout. Love our cozy home there.

Super Yoga Palace is my happiest surprise of the year. I signed up for a week of classes on a whim shortly after the New Year. During these several months I've had many different teachers, many different classes, and I would recommend them all. I'm in my 40's and consider myself a beginner but there seems to be something here for all walks of life. I was looking for a way to increase flexibility and have found that and so much more at SYP!

Super Yoga Palace is a very special yoga studio. There are a variety of classes offered and all the instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming and help me grow in my practice. There are also numerous interesting workshops offered! It’s been a great place to start my yoga journey.

Come as you are. No matter your ability or fitness, new or experienced. Just show up. Jessica Jordan has created a warm, loving, inviting space for you to yoke breath to movement and to explore sensation in your body. This community is diverse and so much fun.
