  Great customer service. Jalon, the manager, juggled three of us at once, all with different issues, without any delay, mistakes, or confusion. Unsolicited, he also saved me $30/month on my TV plan.

  This store has outstanding staff. Jalon, the manager, is knowledgeable, polite and HELPFUL.
  Incredible service. Other AT&T stores that I have gone to could use his help in training their employees.Don’t waste time going anywhere else.

  Very good costumer support experience! We've had a problem regarding a prepaid plan and the guy working there (sorry I've forgot your name) was very helpful and friendly! He solved the issue in 10 minutes whereas the AT&T Retailer at Lover's Lane couldn't fix it at all besides "working" on it for half a day... Thanks again!!

  Wow! Raul was awesome and the best experience I've had dealing with AT&T. I called ahead let him know I was on my way and was in a time crunch. He pulled everything up prior to my arrival and got me taken care quickly. Phenomenal customer service provided by him and extremely personable. Very pleased with the experience and recognition should be given!
