  The Highland games never disappoint! Worth the entry fee with delicious Scottish food, beer and entertainment.

  If you have a chance to visit Ventura during the Seaside Highland Games, I highly recommend it. What do you get? Bagpipes clans playing in unison during the opening ceremony. Big and strong men and women competing in events that are awesome to watch. Dog demonstrations and incredibly nice people. All the clans have a booth and you can find your roots. This event was a blast. I am going back this year and buy a dress kilt. I hope I look as handsome as all the true Scots.
