  The technician called within 20 minutes of reporting and was able to diagnose the problem before even arriving. He was then able to show me that the problem he believed it to be was in fact the issue. He also helped with an additional setting issue we were having and clearly explained how to catch that issue again. He also noticed the contact sticker was out of date and promptly replaced it with a new one that had an updated phone number. He seemed very knowledgeable on the products and was fast and efficient.

  Brian McDowell, the tech that services our account is always prompt and fixes our issues on the first visit. He is very knowledgeable about our products. He is always friendly and courteous when he visits Kodiak.

  UBEO is the best!!!Our sales rep & support staff are attentive, professional and helpful! I took over this position last March and the UBEO staff has really helped me through this learning curve! When changed equipment, the UBEO team was onsite for almost 2 weeks to get everyone set up and train.
