LONG WALK FROM PARKING LOT/ RESTROOMS?
BUT: BRING A FOLDING ROLLING CART, COOLER, CHARCOAL, HOT DOG/ HAMBURGERS/ chicken? & GARBAGE BAGS TO COVERED PICNIC table/ grill area ----- early!

A gorgeous park overshadowed by majestic masonry time capsule that has captured some of our maritime history. Our Alaskan Malamute, Tikaani, enjoyed the park with us. The nautical beauty is a must see for all. ⚓️

VERY clean bathrooms and facilities for a public beach. Not too crowded. It was a nice safe place for my family- including our dog- to enjoy a day at the beach.
There are some sharp shells in the sand that you have to watch out for, but overall, a great experience.

We had a great time. Public restroom. Shower outside to rinse off. Picnic area in several spots. Soda machine in the Pavilion area. Paid $20.00 yearly membership (not bad) and that includes the other dog beach; Smyrna Dunes Park. We will be back ????
