Verizon

I had a really great experience there! After having a problem with a phone purchased at another location, I brought it in and while the phone couldn't be fixed (through no fault of theirs) they were amazingly helpful, funny and kind. I left there with a phone so I wouldn't be disconnected which lifted a great weight off my shoulders. Shout out to Jeff and Erik! They made a very frustrating situation much more delightful. Thank you!

I have gone in a few times to get help with billng and Jeff who is the store manager has been helpful every time. It was an easy decision to get a new phone from here. His staff are well trained and never pressure you into something you don't want. I would recommend going to this Verizon store any day.

I couldn't be happier with the time and patience given me by Kenny at Verizon today. I had many questions that he answered more than once since I didn't understand the new systems in place, I feel confident that I can go back and he will give me more time if so needed. Can't wait to get started on my new Samsung Galaxy S9+! Thanks Kenny!

I've used various Verizon stores for past 15 years (at least), with differing levels of satisfaction, but generally positive. I decided to try the Andersonville store beaded on all the positive reviews. Those reviews are all there for a reason: I certainly had the most customer-service oriented experience that one could wish for. And as I spent 2- plus hours there buying and getting Kenny's help setting up my new phone, I saw many customers receive equally excellent service. And since I walked in (and out of) the flagship Mag Mile Verizon two nights ago ready to buy, today's experience was especially appreciated.

Our guy Jeff was so helpful and patient. We are seniors and had a lot of questions and asked for more help than most people I think. Jeff was awesome! We are happy we chose this Verizon store. Parking was available (pay) nearby.
