  First of all this should be a last resort if you can't process your request online. Be ready to spend at least an hour here. Do not bring your kids or family because this is not a picnic. There is a security and metal detector and they will search your purse, your baby carrier, and your stroller. There are plenty of seats but it fills up quick. They are efficient but like anything else....you just have to wait in line. Once you get to a person, they are knowledgable and handled my issues properly.
