2008 A4 Cabriolet 3.2L QUATTRO. Spoke with Dan the service manager. Within several seconds I felt assured that the vehicle was in good hands. He went thru line by line what repairs were needed for the vehicle. After dropping off vehicle I was called within a few hours with cost and time required for the repair. I was also emailed detailed descriptions and pictures. After picking up vehicle to take home and was like driving the car when it was new! I'm so relieved that I found a service center that exceeds my expectation. Finding a good mechanic is difficult. No more worries on my end. All my vehicles will be serviced by QSC from here on in. Thanks Quality Service Center! Outstanding work and customer service.

Quality Service did a great job with my Infiniti. I was a little nervous at first to have them service my car because the car has upgrades but they did a great job. They found the issue that I was having and took care of it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will continue to use them to service my car in the future

I needed a nail removed from my tire. They were able to repair it. Very gracious about doing it close to the end of their workday. Always friendly and helpful! Thank you!
