I really love it here! I think this might be my favorite campground of all time. Everyone is super nice, the grounds are clean and beautiful. So far all the other campers have been quiet and respectful, unlike most places I have camped. Staff is nice, store is cute.
Gettysburg is like 35mins away, which is a wonderful and historical place to visit.

We’ve stayed at many 1000 Trails parks across the country, Gettysburg Farm RV Campground is by far the best! From the greeting when you arrive to the clean bathrooms and showers, friendly staff, beautiful farm and sites. They are the only one we’ve found that does not give the best sites to annuals. It is refreshing to be in a site with a view that at other 1000 Trails would only be for annuals. Thank you Gettysburg manage meant for allowing all members and non members a chance to stay by the water or other beautiful spots in this amazing park. The WiFi is awesome too. Most 1000 Trails parks the WiFi is sketchy at best.
We appreciate all the care you give this park. It’s beautiful! We will be back again and again as we live in our RV.

Sites are a decent size and have lovely trees for shade, roads and sites are well kept, some sites that have long termers are trashy looking, lots of junk laying around their sites (parks only negative). The staff is fantastic, pleasant and very helpful! Love being able to see and pet the farm animals, the barn yard animal sounds are calming and pleasant to hear while you are sitting outside relaxing. Themed weekends are enjoyable. Pool area is well maintained. There is a nice little store on the grounds.

While all spots are not full hookup they do offer pump out on a schedule at no charge. The farm area is nice and the pool looked great. The campground is very clean. We loved the well graveled site bordered with nice grass. Any deficiencies were more than offset by the friendly and helpful staff.

Relaxing and well maintained. Definitely my favorite campground in PA. Spaces easy to back in to. Great for younger kids with the farm animals. Lacks the obnoxious families that frequent some of the other Thousand Trails sites in PA and NJ.
