Rove Pest Control

As a disclaimer I wish there was a 4.5 selection, but seeing as my experiences weren't perfect I can't justify 5 stars.

My only bad experience was the initial interaction with the sales person. I'm not sure if the initial sale person was new or was not trained well, but upon my first billing statement I felt like there was a sort of bait and switch going on. In addition, the pushy tactics are a bit old school and may be worth revisiting in the Sales Dept. training.

All that said, I contacted the Customer Service Dept. with my dilemma and what a difference. A specific shout out to Erick Fig. for a job well done! After that phone call my experience did a complete 180. The technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service team was on point. I would refer Rove moving forward, but more than likely have the referral contact customer service directly

I signed a one year contract with Rove Pest control and this is the last service. Their service was not completed ( bait stations were not refilled). I tried to call customer service but no one would pick up the phone. (Almost no customer service!) Finally got through and they promised to come back and finish the service. But they never come back! And could not reach them again. Frustrated!

To follow up - The customer service did contacted me later and fixed the problem. I liked the follow up service. Changed the rating to 4 stars!

Jared, the product and Rove are excellent. I had unsuccessfully battled carpenter ants for years. Jared understands carpenter ant behavior and applied products specific to different locations. Swarms of carpenter ants before application, a couple ants the next day, after 3 days, NO ANTS! Terrific, could not be more pleased!

Great company! Quality service for pests around the home. Also they send a reminder email a week before each service so it isn't a surprise when they come. Definitely recommend.
