Madison Lake Ned

I have had such an amazing experience with the staff at the complex! Amanda and Cathy have made moving such a breeze. Upfront and accommodating. Extremely friendly. The pool is kept up well. Buildings are in great condition. Maintenance is on top of any issues. The neighborhood is wholesome and friendly. Great place for a family. I am very pleased with my apartment complex and staff that keep it going.

We lived at Madison Lake Ned for three years. During that time we were very pleased with the value and management of the complex. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient to respond to our needs. We felt at home and recommend this property.

I lived there for 2 years and it is very quiet and awesome place to live. They were on top of maintenance when you needed it and professional. The gym,Pool,basketball etc was awesome to have access too. I loved that they also rent garages where I kept my motorcycle and car sometimes.
Everyone is always going to post negative stuff but you need to experience it yourself and see how nice and peaceful this place is. I definitely recommend anyone to move here.

Before I moved in here I looked at all the reviews and some were just terrible. I want to tell everyone not to always go by what you see but to what you experience. I have experienced nothing but wonders here. First the office staff is so amazing and friendly. I go to talk to them almost everyday and they talk right with me. Second maintenance is amazing!!! I have had to call a few times and they were they pretty much the same day I called if not first thing the next morning. This community is gated. The apartments are wonderful. There’s a playground, a dog park, a pool, and more. They do family oriented things. They had a holiday party in the office. They have done a breakfast as you leave and they even did a grill and movie by the pool (which I missed due to an injury). I have lived in another apartment complex but Madison Lake Ned is what I call home. I don’t need to have my own house to call it home. If you have wanted to give this place a look definitely come and look and try it out!

I love living here! The apartments are managed well with a high standard of cleanliness. The employees care about the tenants and are concerned about our satisfaction. Working with the office has been great; they are able to do their work in an extremely timely manner and get us through the system quickly. They offer a multitude of amenities including a great gym, business center, pool, & billiards room. Would highly suggest to anyone! Bugs haven't been a problem at all contrary to other reviews. Also the people at the front office are extremely friendly with children; that issue must have been addressed or fabricated.
