Good hike, but sometimes there is no moose to see.

Starts in the forest. If you go all the way to Blue lake, it ends above tree line

Great hike. Well kept. 5 and 7 year old kids had no problems getting to the lake. Took us a leisurely hour, plenty of stops to look at nature. Without stops you could do it in a half hour.

Beautiful hike with several mountain lakes and streams, and there is no shortage of wild flower fields. We also saw four moose.

This is a really nice, easy hike for most levels of hikers. Wonderful views at the lake and a great destination to just sit down, enjoy the fresh mountain air and enjoy the splendor. Tip: It seems to ALWAYS be windy at the lake, so always pack a jacket or raincoat.
