  Very helpful on the phone to troubleshoot my dishwasher. Performed an in-person diagnosis when we couldn't figure it out over the phone. Gave me the options and let me decide how to proceed without any pressure. Really helpful!

  I can’t say enough good things. This is the place to go if you are having issues with your fridge. They are incredibly prompt in setting up appointments. The prices are totally fair and they know what they are doing. I have a fifteen year old refrigerator and Michael saved it. He got the parts and fixed all the issues. Definitely would recommend and definitely will use for all future appliance issues

  This was my third call to RepairBest, this time for my washing machine. I was able to get a next day appointment. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable and did not seem to mind me looking over his shoulder.
