  One employee at the Verizon store is always extremely helpful. His name is Kurt. He's the best and always goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, some others there are not. In particular, his name is Dave. He was very dismissive of my need for help and explained that it wasn't his job - he said his only job was to sell phones and he would not help. Kurt is the man and what every employee should emulate!

  Had the pleasure of being helped by Brandon. The guy was patient and walked through every possible step to help me with my internet connection as well as redeeming my Netflix reward. I know they will call and ask about his service. I just wanted to go out of my way and let people know how great Brandon was helping me. Thanks
