(October 26, 2015, 8:20 pm)I have been going here since May. I love this place! You go in and feel welcomed, like you are a part of it all. You really need to check it out. There are no mirrors, no judgement, no shaming or snobbiness. An all around wonderful experience, and Taia, the owner makes even us awkward pandas feel loved and welcome! Try yin, if you never have... trust me, AWESOME. Also, Gaia Kosha has only certified teachers- they have aerial - which is like floating in a cocoon... and one awesome teacher of Hatha is from the highly regarded Kripalu school! This is Sooo important to me because as a beginner, I WANT to learn how to do yoga right. Yup... no place here is like Gaia Kosha. Totally LOVE
