More than just a place to learn Jit Jitsu. The Binda's are kind, loving and caring people who will treat you like family. You automatically feel a sense of community and acceptance. I highly recommend Binda BJJ for any child looking for something new. So happy my son has joined the community.

I walked into Binda with no martial arts training, after a couple months I see physical and mental improvement week after week. I owe everything to the knowledgable coaches and supportive teammates. Get here and train you won't regret it, you can only get better!

As a child I trained in martial arts for many years and have always appreciated both the physical and mental training and discipline it provided me throughout my life. For the past year, my wife and I tried to find a martial arts school that was the right fit for our boys (5 & 8). After visiting several studios, we found Binda Jiu Jitsu and went in for a trial class. After just spending a few minutes with Julio and Nil, we knew this was going to be a good experience for our family. The boys have now been training there for several months. The coaching team is dedicated, caring and motivational. Julio and Nil go above and beyond to make sure all the students feel comfortable and confident. They truly care about every student and family. My boys respect the coaches and listen carefully to instruction and correction. The classes are a nice mix of both skills practice and live training, with strength training and some games as well. Both our boys are exhausted and proud of the work they put into each class. We are very happy to have found a great group of parents, kids and coaches for our family to be a part of. Thank you Binda Jiu Jitsu!
