  Jim and his team have been very helpful in trouble shooting a few issues with our brand new trailer. It is nice to work with a company that is not trying to up-sale us at every turn. I find they communicate well and work with me on drop off and pick up times.

  Dr. Jim's is simply the best RV service center. We've taken our coach a lot of places and no one compares to Jim's level of attention to detail, knowledge or care. You really get the sense that Jim and his team treat you like family and that your camper is their camper. They're able to diagnose and repair literally everything. Handle warranty claims like a breeze. They have saved us a lot trouble and heartache with a phone call. You couldn't pay me to take our coach anywhere else. Thank you Jim.
