  I have family that lives at Verano and I visit pretty frequently because their amenities are absolutely wonderful and we spend so much time at the pool. A lot of my friends live in apartments and whenever I've gone up to the office with them (whether it be to pick up a package or something like that) the office staff always seems so annoyed that they are being bothered. I recently went into the Verano front office with one of my relatives and there was a woman up there by the name of Anna that helped her out. Her personality was so vibrant and she was SO kind and greeted us both with a smile and was so attentive to my cousins concern. It was honestly a very brief experience but the impression it left me with was so positive. I feel like its so rare you encounter people in these customer service positions that are actually great at it and Anna was phenomenal.

  Love the apartment and the location. Easily accessable to shopping and good schools in the area. I'm happy with the service provided by the maintenance crew they keep the area clean and are friendly. I've had multiple things that needed fixing on a couple different occasions and the maintenance guy Willie is always kind, cleans up after himself and always gets the job done right. Overall a really good living space for my family and I.

(480) 759-0111. So, I am following up on my last review. The place has been cleaned up and the office has made great moves to improve the quality of life I moved into Verano Townhomes last year. It was a rough start at first but, I have to say that the manager Jenae took care of the issues right away.
