Firstmark Credit Union - O'Connor Financial Center

This branch is awesome. I needed to putbair in my tire on 3/5/2019. I tried using my debit card at the air pump at one Circle K and it was declined. I inserted again and declined. I went to another Circle K and card was declined again. Hmmmm? Knew .my account had money. Went to First Mark O'Connor Road branch 3/719. Lady at customer service desknask how she could help me. Asked her to check why debit card is being declined. She promptly loved on to my account and noticed several declines at those air pumps -- stated New York connection. I guess that's where charge for his g those pumps is sent. She inquired a it exactly what the declines were. I explained they were air pumps at local Circle K's. She reactivated my card. Told me to go around to ATM and use card to get balance inquiry. Came back in and told her card worked. She said when I get a decline, don't keep try o g the card several times or the Credit Union will flag it for safety. They tho k card might be stolen. Great to know they watch closely for fraud. Didn't even have to wait at thus branch to see anybody--- "bank manager". This woman was cross trained obviously. She's more than just a greeter. This branch is awesome every time I visit. Very efficient employees at this location.

Well let me start off well my card was recently stolen And they was able to assist me And help me and they reimburse the money that the people had took for me and I really appreciate them if you're looking for a good bank I would Highly recommend sticking with first mark credit Union

The staff there is great friendly and always going out of there way to help. Sheri is so awesome and always taking care of your financial needs....

Very friendly staff. Very professional. Staff seems to enjoy their job(s). Very clean environment. Seems to have only one ATM drive thru lane and can get backed uo at times, but still a nice Firstmark branch.
