Having never had to file a claim before, I was in need of help from someone who could work with my insurance company. Nathan helped tremendously and always answered the phone whenever I had a question. The roofing crew was very efficient finishing the reroof in one day. We had our roof replaced after a hail storm and are very happy with the new roof. Nathan helped us with each step from the inspection to dealing with the insurance company and supervising the work as it was being done. Nathan was so helpful answering all the questions we had too. I will definitely call on him again and living in Texas I know it is just a matter what of time.

Brian is an expert and explained everything we needed to know. He understood the insurance process and made sure we were comfortable with the work to be done. The work was very good - we are very happy with our repair. Thank You DFW Storm Solutions.

DFW Storm Solutions took very good care of our home. Their rep, Trevor, explained each step of the process in an honest and professional way. We received a new roof with upgraded shingles. I could not be happier with the process and my experience with them.
