I called several Appliance repair store to schedule trouble shooting for my dryer. They are the only one asking my problem, and give possible problems suggestion. The technician Monte came to my house, found that it is the heater breaks and cost more than a new Dryer. He is not charging any money for the troubleshooting. Their attitude is very honest and focusing on solving problems. For sure I will call them next time for appliance repair or recommend them to my friends.

I have dealt with many of these appliance repair situations over the decades and Tom was top-notch with his professional expertise, punctuality, courteousness. He fixed my microwave swiftly, after explaining the problem and various options. Was reasonable from a cost perspective also. He also fixed a loose handle on my dishwasher which he noticed while on the job.
Strongly recommended - such reliable & skilled tradesmen are hard to find in the Bay Area.
