  Friendly staff (all smiles) and very welcoming, nice rooms yet under furnished. Restaurant and lounge a bit overpriced. The walls need more insulation. I could hear arguing in one room and coughing in the other. Not to mention the slamming and knocking (2:15am) on guest doors. The desk clerk apologized and admitted that the walls "are thin"!. Nice location in relation to San Manuel Casino. And they have shuttle service! Not wanting to go thru another night of lost sleep.

  Best hotel I've ever been to. All night room service was pretty good. Had a nice van that takes you to the casino

  Highly recommend! Great service, front desk staff, greeting you with nice smile. Rooms are ,very clean, quiet hotel, nice to relax ,family environment . My grandkids enjoy the swimming pool, live music, and great food. Come back definitely.

  Bear Springs Hotel, Great location and very nice property.
  This hotel is owned and operated by San Manuel Casino and a complimentary shuttle is provided to and from the casino 24/7.
  
  This hotel is nice, not too large with only 105 rooms but quaint and cozy.
  They have a bar/lounge, a bistro, a pool and jacuzzi and outdoor lounge area with a fire pit.
  The property has numerous cameras and armed security patrols to ensure guests safety.
  
  I did have a few issues with my Deluxe Queen room.
  Upon my arrival, the mini fridge was frozen solid and inop, because they were sold out they had no replacements.
  
  The bathroom toilet was still dirty from the prior guest and someone had placed a brand new bar of soap in a dirty soap dish without cleaning it first.
  
  The complimentary magazine's on the dresser had large visible food stains on the front cover.
  
  Despite all this the room was very nice and quiet, the ac system worked great and was very quiet when on.
  I definitely would stay there again, I just assume that someone rushed to clean the room because they were sold out.

  The beds were just so comfortable and the room was very clean. It was pretty quiet and the outdoor pool was heated, they also had a gas outside fire pit with plenty of seating. The restaurant was very nice as well. They also have a lounge

(833) 258-4745. My wife and I came here for a weekend trip. The hotel and rooms are amazing but then again everything is new. This recently opened hotel is a gem! I guess San Manuel Casino is a big part of turning an old Hampton Inn to the Bear Springs Hotel.
