  Always satisfied with customer service, regardless of using the kiosk to pay Bill's, ask a question, servicing products purchased. Various times during the day or week (Saturday's)there maybe a longer wait time. Customer care n satisfaction is their #1 priority. I recommend AT&T store

  Q brought me back to life here. Such a unique gentleman. This was the worst place for me to come to because on young lady rep was always tell to go somewhere else to get products cheaper. As if I couldn't afford them. I felt ashamed and put out. Intimidating is what she was. You need more intelligence staffing to reflect great etiquette. Q got it going on and all the others. It just the one young lady. Don't fire her educate her.

  Great customer service but when you get your bill it's all kind of hidden fees. tell you one thing and your bill will be telling you something else higher and it's just wrong. The Federal Trade Commission needs to be notified about all these hidden fees it's just wrong
