These guys are the best! As a member of the US Olympic team for rowing, I have struggled with back pain for a few years. I took time off from rowing to rehab and B1st created a completely individualized lifting program specific to my injury, my strengths, and my sport. They watch me do my whole workout and make sure I’m using the correct form to help me correct bad movement patterns I built up over years of training. Knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly coaches. Highly recommend for athletes at any stage of their career.
