  I had lymphatic drainage massage with Janis for post surgical recovery - she and her treatment made a huge difference in my recovery, and this review is based on one treatment. I will get more, but just not as often I would love to just because it can become costly.

  After having liposuction my doctor recommended Lymphatic Massage. This was a completely foreign type of massage to me and as I did some research. I found that there were very few certified practitioners in San Diego. I chose Balance Massage Therapy for its geographic location, little did I know how it would completely change my recovery. My doctor commented on how well my progress was coming along and 80% of that is due to Janis and her healing and knowledgeable practices. She comes with the highest recommendations from me for several reasons, one of which is her gentle, kind and accepting bed side manner.

  I had lipo on my back and stomach and have been in nonstop pain. I went to my doctor extremely frustrated and bemoaning the fact if I would have know how painful the recovery was I never would have had lipo. He recommended lymphatic drainage massage and that’s where things got better.There is a silver lining to all this, and that is Janice! She has given me hope of recovery! Here demeanor is welcoming and her studio is lovely . I highly recommend if anyone else who feels the way I did after that surgery try this and with her! Just amazing

  Couple months ago my husband was helping me find a lymphatic drenage specialist and he came across Janice. I just feel so blessed I'm having the opportunity to have her working on me and the results are incredible.
  Not only she is a sweetheart that makes you feel so comfortable but she lifts my spirit.
  I have being going through IVF treatment for almost a year and I wish I had met her before because since I started coming to our weekly sessions I don't feel any more water retention or swollen. Sure the process is gradual and I'm also exercising to complement. My overall feeling is so good and I have no words to describe how she makes wonders.
  Janice has a lot of experience with pregnant women and also postpartum. And I will stay with her through all these journey.
  I'm also recommending some of my friends that want to loose weight and need that help.
  Even if I was trying to conceive naturally I just feel we go through so much holly coaster emotions that having someone like Janice just makes me feel so much confident, relaxed and happy.
