I gave them a 4 because of their billing department. Absolute chaos and no clue how to properly process claims. Medical billers are not responsive until you complain to State board. They overcharge coinsurance, copays, so be sure to check with your insurance companies to know what are your out of pocket costs are. Ive addressed this with Dr. Locke, and Im sure he is working to make it better. However, Dr. Locke is top notch. Their physical therapy department is awesome. Dr. Locke reconstructed my ACL and meniscus. Im now back to martial arts after 6 months. Medical skill is awesome, but their billing department is horrendous. This is definitely the place to go and get your knee fixed. Dr. Locke is also a retired Navy Medical Officer, who did number of this surgeries on Sailors and Marines, so he knows his stuff. I wish I could give him 5 stars, but his billing department really made life difficult.
