  I'm not a huge fan of chiropractor's, l got very lucky when I found Dr Castro. She takes the time to listen to what area's are hurting and when it comes time to adjust me she locates each of the area's that are out of alignment and makes the adjustments. I couldn't ask for a more gentle and compassionate person. I go in as often as I can. I highly recommend Dr Casrto.

  Very thorough and well informing. His technique isn't just general practice, he specifies it to your needs. Thank you for taking me on such short notice! Now I can get through my days with out wondering "what if".

  Thanks for getting my back in line: I was on a 9 mile run 5 days before my 1/2 Ironman in St. George when my back spazzed on me You got me in line 3 days before the event and on race day I was 100%. Three days earlier I was wondering how in the world I was going to do this event with my back all jacked up. Thanks a ton. Had a great event and felt awesome the entire way
