  Been going there for more than a few years, it’s a great place they’re efficient, they’re polite, they ask all the right questions. I left there feeling better than when I went in. One of the few doctors appointments that I really enjoyed going to.

  I always have a positive experience when I enter Dr. Magalhaes’s establishment. People are friendly, extremely courteous, and attentive. The Doctor that examined me today was professional and sweet!!! Very positive in her approach and genuinely reassuring. The young attendant that took me in for entrance testing was amazing for such a young girl.....I then went to the “other side” lol, for glasses as I have done in the past....The air of professionalism followed me over to the “other side” and I found myself engaged with supportive POSITIVE SPEAKING professionals. Not one negative statement or action. I witnessed the staff working together and engaged in my decisions. I have to admit, this is why I returned again to Dr. Magalhaes. I KNEW AHEAD from past experience what I would encounter. I am a School Principal in the area. I know how important INTENTIONAL CONNECTION IS!!! Your establishment has this TRAIT IN TACT ???? %!!

  The last few years I have been bouncing between Eye doctors while I found the one that I thought was a good fit for me and one I felt comfortable with. Well, that search ended today when I found Dr. Hope inside the LensCrafters in Brockton. I love her and my experience with her. She took the time to explain things other eye doctors hadn’t and took the time to answer any questions I had. I have already booked my appointment for next year and made sure I scheduled it on the day she works. And based on my recommendation, my wife wants to switch to her as well. Thanks Dr. Hope and I look forward to next years visit.

  Dr. Magalhaes was very informative about my eyes. I didn't even know my eyes were just dry. Appreciated that she didn't just jump into trying to sell me glasses and offered recommendations for some long term relief with eye drops. The staff were very friendly as well.

  The experience was wonderful. Crystal was the one who assisted me and as I told her she was a”rockstar “. She was knowledgeable and had a pleasant professional attitude. I got my glasses with a couple of hours and the were perfect. Crystal is a great representative of your company and my experience was great. Thank you for taking care of my visual needs
