I went Quest Diagnostic Milford on 6/23/17 for my blood draw for my routine physical checkup. Linda (I hope get her name right) was the nurse at the station. She was not only very friendly but also went the extra mile to provide the excellent customer service. Right before the blood draw, I found out that my PCP forgot to put one of the test in his order. It was before 9am and my doctor was not even in the office yet. I've asked Linda if it is possible to add that test. In stead of simply denied my request, Linda made every effort to contact my doctor's office and helped me to add that test to my order. It saved me another trip to Quest and also one more blood draw which I do want to avoid.
I am very impressed by the customer service that I received at this visit and much appreciate Linda's help. BTW, she is super good at blood draw as well. My vein is not so obvious for the blood draw. It usually take other nurse a few tries to get it. She got it with her first try.
