  Dr. Metz is the best! Him and his staff are always so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They make it so easy to schedule an appointment and always help to work around my tough schedule. I travel from NYC to see him! I would definitely recommend!

  I love Dr Metz and his office staff !! I totally disagree with Tara perhaps she thinks it's just ok not to show up for an appointment !!! She got away with a cheap no show fee of $50.00 bucks! Try to find that somewhere else ...good luck.
  Dr. Metz and his staff go over and beyond with customer service. I have seen Dr. Metz on a Saturday take an emergency from someone who wasn't even one of their patients but someone who's dentist wouldn't take them on a Saturday. They treat everyone with the most compassion and professionalism.
  I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Metz to my friends and family !

  first, the review from Tara addresses a very common practice in medical offices. Miss your appointment and you get charged. Dental offices have to cover staff overhead and when you miss an appointment, your the staff doesnt get paid. I know of medical practices that charge $100 for missed appointments without cancelation 24 hours in advance.
  
  that being said, Dr. Metz helped me to avoid a very expensive root canal. He could have easily told me it was necessary. Instead he installed a crown and I couldn't be more happy with the results.
  
  A comfortable office setting with nice staff.
  
  I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Dr. Metz's office.
