  Been going there for years. Great barbershop, friendly and professional. The owner works in there too and he's the greatest. Looking for a nice clean friendly shop with reasonable prices one of the many barbers there will surely be a fit. I wont go anywhere else.

  Cleveland and Lawrence are the two remaining barbers I use. There was a third but he is no longer with us. Hands down among the best barbers on the South Side. Although I don't live in the vicinity, I travel because I know four essential factors that build my barber loyalty: 1) Each barber I've patronized has done a great job on my head and face; 2) Each barber respects my time and I rarely wait 10 minutes beyond my appointment while someone else is being serviced; 3) Related to #2 is serving me is never in competition with other people in the shop or personal phone calls; and 4) I never have a problem with parking. If you have ever driven to a barber in Hyde Park, you know that in addition to the premium price, you often must pay for parking. Friendly staff, clean and competitively priced with hair cuts in Hyde Park and Downtown. If you're visiting Chicago or just looking for a quality shop, try Better Images. Oh, and they DO honor appointments AND cancellations. They take walk-ins but best to call for weekends and around holidays.
