  Nice and new apartments. Only issue is the group of unsupervised children that run around screaming so loud that I have to turn my TV up to hear it. Parents don't say anything and don't seem to care about their neighbors. Just let the kids do whatever they want and literally scream as loud as they can.

  My wife and I have been residents of Brookhaven Lofts since June 2017. We love the layout of our 2 BR 2 bath Apt. The bedrooms have excellent closet space. We also like the extra space of the flex room and convenience of a washer and dryer. The kitchen has great cupboard space, nice appliances, and granite countertops. The maintenance of the interior hallway's and the landscape is terrific.
  Anytime we had questions or concerns Nikki, in the leasing office, was very quick to respond and very helpful.
