My pellet stove stopped working in the early spring and I got a insanely high quote to fix it. I ended up holding off but the wife got on me to get it fixed so i called these guys. I left a message and they got back to me in a couple hours and scheduled to come by the same night. Luckily he had the part I needed on hand and was able to fix it on the spot. The price was so cheap that I immediately scheduled a cleaning/preventative maintenance and all for significantly cheaper than the quote i had received just to get it running again. Needless to say, these are the only guys that are going near my pellet stove.

I highly recommend Burnpot Pellet Stove Services. Steve came over to look at the pellet stove in the house we purchased. He gave me an honest assessment of the stove and concluded that we would be better off replacing it than spending a large amount on it to fix it. He was knowledgeable and professional and not looking to charge us unnecessarily. We will definitely choose Burnpot for the future maintenance of our next pellet stove.
