This gym is awesome. The trainers here know their stuff and they do Olympic style weightlifting. The atmosphere and the community there is really wonderful and very warm and welcoming. I'm observing them for a class and it's so worth it that I want to go and join the gym. I see the benefits of being able to work out there. They even do competitions. It's a small place but it's pretty awesome.

@bethdowdakin is one of the hardest working athletes at Prairie State Barbell. She shows up consistently, always completes her accessories and it shows. She added a new PR to her list today with a 100kg/220lbs back squat. Let's all be like Beth.
